A REGISTER of PERSONS ABOUT TO PASS

INTO FORRAIGNE PARTS.

A.D. 1637. 13 Chas. 1.

THESE people went to New England with WILLIAM ANDREWS, of
Ipswich, Mr. of the JOHN AND DOROTHY of Ipswich, and with
WILLIAM ANDREWS, his son, Mr. of the ROSE, of Yarmouth.

April 8th, 1637.

The examination of JOHN BAKER, born at Norwich in
Norfolk, Brocar, aged 39 years, and ELIZABETH his wife, aged
31 years, with 3 children, ELIZABETH, JOHN and THOMAS, and
4 servants, MAREY ALXARSON, aged 24 years, ANNE ALXAR-
SON, aged 20 years, BRIDGETT BOULLE, aged 32 years, and
SAMUEL ARRIS, aged 14 years. Are all desirous to goe for
Charles Towne in New England, ther to inhabitt and
Remane.

April the 8th, 1637.

The examination of NICHO. BUSBIE, of Norwich,
in Norff., weaver, aged 50 years, and BRlDGITT, his wife, aged
53 years, with 4 children, NICHO, JOHN, ABRAHAM, and SARA.
The ar desirous to goe to Boston in New England, to inhabitt.

April the 8th, 1637.

The examination of MICHILL METCALF, of Nor-
wich, dornixweaver, aged 45 years, and SARRAH, his wife, aged
39 years, with 8 children, MICHILL, THOMAS, MAREY, SARRAH,
ELIZABETH, MARTHA, JOANE, and REBECCA, and his servant
THOMAS CUMBERBACH, aged 16 years. Ar desirous to pass to
Boston in New England, to inhabitt.


April 8th, 1637.

The examination of JOHN PERS, of Norwich, weavear,
aged 49 years, and ELIZABETH, his wife, aged 36 years, with
4 children, JOHN, BARBRE, ELIZABETH and JUDETH, and one
servant, JOHN GEDNEY, aged 19 years. Are desirous to pass
to Boston in New England, to inhabitt.

April 8th, 1637.

The examination of WILLIAM LUDKIN, of Norwich,
in Norff., Locksmith, ther borne, aged 33 years, and ELIZABETH,
his wife, aged 34 years, with one child and one servant, THOMAS
HOMES, are desirous to goe to Boston in New England, there
to inhabit and remaine.

living, weaver, aged ....., and LIDDEA, his wife, aged 49
years, with one child, MARCY, and 2 servants; SAMUEL LIN-
CORNE, aged 18 years, and ANNE SMITH, aged 19 years; are
desirous to pass for New England, to inhabitt.

................The examination of NICHOLAS NICKERSON, of
Norwich, in Norfolk, weaver, aged 33 years, and ANNE, his
wife, aged 28 years, with 4 children, NICHO., ROBARTT,
ELIZABETH, and ANNE, are desirous to go to Boston in
New England, there to inhabitt.

April 8, 1637.

The examination of SAMUEL DIX, of Norwich, Joynar,
aged 43 years, and JOANE, his wife, aged 38 years, with 2
children, PRESELLA and ABEGELL, and 2 servants, WILLIAM
STOREY, and DANIEL LINSEY, the one aged 23, the other 18
years; ar all dcsirous to pass to Boston in New England, there
to inhabitt.


April 11th, 1637.

The examination of HENRY SKERRY, of Great
Yarmouth, in the County of Norfolk, Cordwynar, aged 31
years, and ELIZABETH, his wife, aged 25 years, with one
child HENRY, and one aprentice, EDMUND TOWNE, aged
18 years; are desirous to pass for New England to in-
habitt.

April 11, 1637.

The examination of JOHN MOULTON, of Ormsby, in
Norfolk, husbandman, aged 38 years, and ANNE, his wife,
aged 38 years, with 5 children: HENRY, MARCY, ANNE,
JANE, and BRIDGETT, and 2 servants, ADAM GOODENS,
aged 20 years, and ALLIS EDEN, aged 18 years, are all
desirous to pass to New England, there to inhabitt and
abide.

April 11, 1637.

The examination of MARCY MOULTON, of Ormsby,
in Norfolk, Wydow, aged 30 years, and 2 servants, JOHN
MASTON, aged 20 years, and MERREAN MOULTON, aged 23
years, are desirous to goe to New England, to inhabitt and
dwell.

April 11, 1637. The examination of RICHARD CARUCAR, of Strathby,
in the County of Norfolk, husbandman, aged 60 years, and
GRACE, his wife, aged 40 years, with 2 children, ELIZABETH,
aged 18 years, and SUSANNA, aged 18 years, being twynes.
Mor. 3 servants, ISACKE HARTT, aged 22 years, and THOMAS
FLEGE, aged 21 years, and one MARABLE VNDERWOOD, a
mayd servant, aged 20 years; goes all for New England, to
inhabitt and remaine.

April 11th, 1637.

The Examination of RUTH MOULTON, of Ormsby,
in Norff., Singlewoman, aged 20 years, is desirous to pass for
New England, there to inhabit and dwell.

April 11th, 1637. The examination of ROBERT PAGE, of Ormsby, in
Norfolk, husbandman, aged 33 years, and LUCCA, his wife,
aged 30 years, with 3 children: FRANCES, MARGARET, and
SUSANNA, and 2 servants, WILLIAM MOULTON, and ANNE
WADD, the one aged 20 years, and the other aged 15 years;
and are all desirous to pass for New England, to inhabit and
remain.

April the 11th, 1637.

The examination of HENRY DOWE, of Ormsby,3
in Norfolk, husbandman, aged 29 years, and JOANE,. his wife,
aged 30 years, with 4 children, and one servant ANNE MAN-
ING, aged 17 years, and desirous to pass to New England,
to inhabit.

The examination of ELIZABETH WILLAMS, of Yar-
mouth, Co. Norfolk, single woman, aged 31 years, is desirous to
pass into New England, there to inhabit and remain ........

April 12th, 1637.

The examination of RICHARD LEEDS, of Great
Yarmouth, marriner, aged 32 years; and JOANE, his wife, aged
23 years, with one child, are desirous to passe for New England,
and there to inhabitt and dwell ........

April 12, 1637.

The examination of KATHERINE RABY, of Yarmouth,
a Waterman's widow, aged 68 years, is desirous to pass to
New England, to remain with her sone.

April 12, 1637.

The examination of HENRY SMITH, of Newbucknam,
husbandman, aged 30 years, and ELIZABETH, his wife, aged 34
years, with 2 children, JOHN and SITHE, are desirous to pass
to New England, to inhabitt.


April 13, 1637

. The examination of JOHN ROPEAR, of New Bucknam,
Carpentar, aged 26 years, and ALLES, his wife, aged 23 years,
with 2 children, ALLES and ELIZABETH, are desirous to goe for
New England, there to remaine.
